Inner Shift Coaching

This is a space to think more clearly, respond more deliberately, and make choices that feel grounded—not just correct on paper.

We work with the way you interpret situations, carry pressure, navigate expectations, and make decisions—especially in moments that matter.

While the starting point may be a leadership challenge, a transition, or a personal question, the work focuses on building clarity, steadiness, and a more considered way of engaging—with work, relationships, and yourself.

How This Work Happens

The Inner Shift is a holistic process that goes beyond traditional performance coaching. We don't just look at what you are doing; we look at the internal landscape that drives your choices. The word "integrative" draws on multiple disciplines depending on what a particular person, in a particular moment, actually needs. Some of that work is cognitive — noticing and reframing patterns of thought. Some is emotional — understanding and processing what's been carried. Some goes deeper still, to where patterns are held in the body or in identity.

Sessions are one-to-one. The pace is led by you. Most people work with Latha over a sustained period — because this kind of work unfolds, it doesn't arrive all at once.

There are moments when clarity doesn’t emerge through thinking or conversation alone.

These sessions use tarot as a reflective medium to help you access what you already sense, but may not yet be able to fully articulate. The process supports a different kind of noticing—one that is less linear, and often more immediate.

This is not about prediction. It is a way of opening up perspective, especially when you are navigating complexity, ambiguity, or a decision that doesn’t resolve easily through logic alone.

This can be useful when:
• you feel caught in loops of overthinking
• something feels clear at one level, but unsettled at another
• you want to explore a situation more openly, without forcing a conclusion
